📋 Conditions for Refund Request

You may request a full refund within 3 days of the purchase date, provided that the robot is used responsibly and in accordance with the recommended settings.
The robot must be used during the trial period in compliance with basic risk management guidelines.

✅ Requirements for Refund Approval

For a refund request to be eligible for review, the following conditions must be met:

2. Use capital appropriate for the settings: The robot settings must be proportionate to the capital size. For example, high-risk settings must not be used on a small account such as $100 in a way that may lead to abnormal losses.
3. Do not excessively change risk settings: Any modification that significantly increases risk or uses non-recommended settings may result in rejection of the refund request.
4. Use the robot according to instructions: The robot must be installed and operated according to the attached guidelines and instructions for use.

🚫 Cases Not Covered by Refund

Refund requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• More than 3 days have passed since the purchase date.
• Using excessively high-risk settings irresponsibly.
• Running the robot with settings disproportionate to the capital.
• Attempting to tamper with or modify the robot files.
• Sharing or redistributing the robot files without permission.
